A FEW OF MY FAVORITE COLOMBIA BLOGS:

2 Sporks, 1 Cup
Travel addicts Kris (Australian) and Andres (Colombian) met in Australia and are now on a trek through South America with a stopover in Asia on the way back to Australia. Lots of Colombia posts there and of course, with Andres being Colombian, it’s always a little about Colombia no matter where they are.

Banana Skin Flip Flips
Vicki is a British freelance journalist with an entertaining writing style. She lives in Bogota and was featured on Little Colombia Observationist’s Expats in Colombia section.

Coffee, Calculations and Colombia
Kristin teaches in Cali and tracks her adventures here. She’s from America and was featured on Little Colombia Observationist’s Expats in Colombia section.

Colombia Travel Blog by Marcela (and Friends)
A frequently updated blog by Marcela (who before this lived in England for a decade), Ryan and Paul from the UK, South African Andrew and JL who is apparently a citizen of the world. It focuses on the positives that Colombia has to offer.

Jasmine Wanders
American Jasmine’s a bit of a nomad, hopping about from country to country, but now she’s fallen a bit in love with Colombia. As a writer, her style is clean and she often delves into tougher subjects interviewing people to back up her opinions. She was featured on Little Colombia Observationist’s Expats in Colombia section.

The Tall Gringo
Mike’s an American teaching English to kids in Bogota and exploring the country in his free time. His posts are well-written, his personality shining through. He’s 6’3, hence the name. He was featured on Little Colombia Observationist’s Expats in Colombia section.

Totally Colombia
A new contribution to the expat blogosphere, James from the UK shares his adventures in navigating the process of starting a business in Colombia. His blog is clear and informative with a touch of humor. (or, humour, as they say in his native land.)

Tourist 2 Townie
I was amused to find out Gareth was living in Colombia. We had attended at the same university, spent time studying abroad in London on the same program and now Colombia. He’s very entertaining, especially the videos, on his quest to check off the list of goals he set in order to see what it takes to become a local.

Travel to Colombia
A fantastic new blog written by the witty Paul, an Englishman who studied English lit and has travelled quite a lot. Though the blog is a new creation, Paul’s been in Colombia for quite a while and has been involved in other sites like Off 2 Colombia where he writes part time.
